First production release
The first stable build of the Reera platform is in active development. Initial scope:
- Two-way connectors for ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and Zendesk;
- Tenant-scoped RAG knowledge base trained on the customer's last 12 months of incidents;
- Real-time triage: classification, routing, and problem clustering on every incoming ticket;
- Triage Review queue with one-click approve / override and full decision log;
- EU-only data residency on Google Cloud (Frankfurt or Belgium);
- SSO via SAML 2.0 / OIDC and SCIM 2.0 user provisioning.
