Why we exist
Every IT organization has the same story: skilled engineers spending half their day reading, classifying, and routing tickets that should never have reached a human in the first place. The tools to fix this exist (large language models, vector retrieval, supervised learning), but the integration is brutal, the procurement is slower than the ROI, and the off-the-shelf "AI add-ons" feel like marketing first and engineering second.
Reera was started in 2026 in Barcelona to fix that. We don't replace your ITSM. We don't ask you to migrate. We plug in via the APIs you already use, learn from the last twelve months of your tickets, and start handing your team back hours of their day, one classified ticket at a time.
How we work
We're small, focused, and ship constantly. Every customer gets a private RAG knowledge base built on their own historical data. Never shared, never used to train external models.
